At GKB Jewelry, we want you to love your pieces as much as we do. Because our jewelry is thoughtfully curated and handled with care, we offer exchanges or store credit only within a limited return window.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days of confirmed delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must:

Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
GKB Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchange or Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
Approved returns will receive:

Exchange for another item of equal value
Store credit will be issued via digital gift card and does not expire.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as GKB Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
